The Swift Leveller is a simple-to-install, fully adjustable shed base foundation designed for all garden buildings and timber buildings. It makes it easy for anyone, even with basic DIY skills, to achieve professional results in minutes on soil, grass, gravel, or any soft ground. Built to be heavy-duty and durable, the Swift Leveller system is designed to outlast the lifetime of any building it supports. No ground preparation required, saving you time and money! Swift Leveller Max can be adjusted and cut to length on-site, and MUST be concreted in for maximum support. Can be used in conjunction with other Swift Leveller models, providing solutions for where the ground may drop away, or if you wish to utilise ground that is unsuitable for other applications.The Swift Leveller Max consists of these parts:•Heavy-duty screw-piles (spikes) that anchor into the soft ground •Adjustable bearing plates that spread the weight and can be easily levelled using a standard spanner (not included) Besides being quick and easy to install, the Swift Leveller provides: •Precise levelling adjustment •Excellent underfloor ventilation (keeping timbers dry)•Secure anchoring of your building to the groundConstructed from heavy-duty, ecofriendly Astec 3000 coated components, the Swift Leveller is built to last and can be reused if you need to reposition your garden building later.In addition to the Swift Leveller system, you’ll need to build a simple supporting frame for your building floor. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
