NEW HALF HUMAN AIR SKI MACHINE The Half Human Air Ski Machine is designed to simulate the arm movements of skiing on the slopes. It targets not only your arms but your legs and core simultaneously, resulting in a full body cardio workout. Pull on the handles together or alternatively, the choice is your but with both techniques you can achieve a HIIT or sprint based workout. The fluid motion and natural feel comes from the fan system that uses air as its resistance and you have the option of increasing the resistance through 10 levels by simply sliding over the resistance arm to your chosen level. Refunds
