These rhinestones are 3D and are attached to a mesh backing. The ribbon is made from plastic which is easy to cut, tie, wrap, bend and shape. It has high-temperature resistance which means it can be used with a hot glue gun. The crystals are super shiny and round and the mesh makes it easy to cut the ribbon to size.
