The 6' x 4' Shire Hobby Kids Wooden Playhouse (1.79m x 1.79m) includes a sheltered doorway, balusters and many more charming features, making it a wooden Wendy house fit for a very important little person.Made in the UK from premium 12mm shiplap cladding, on a 34mm frame, this wooden Wendy house comes with a top-quality 12mm tongue and groove floor plus 12mm tongue and groove roof, ensuring outstanding strength and durability. The apex roof includes a log-cabin-style overhang and is fitted with a weatherproof felt cover to keep out the rain. Smooth-planed bargeboards and 2 diamond-shaped finials round off a very attractive appearance.The door and windows are made using traditional, skilled joinery. The former is fitted with a small, diamond-shaped window, roller catch and daisy-design ring handle, providing safe and easy access to the interior. It also includes a full-length safety hinge, although antique-style dummy hinges are fitted for decorative purposes. Once inside, the 2 windows offer lots of natural light and ventilation. All of the glazing is made from shatterproof styrene, which is far tougher and safer than conventional glass. A small air vent is included too.This wooden garden playhouse fully complies with BS EN 71 (CE) safety standards. All of the wood is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as an additional 1-year parts guarantee. Refunds
