Hat is water repellent, withstanding light showers, but should not be worn in heavy rain as this may cause it to lose some of its distinctive shape. If this happens, leave the hat to dry naturally and a light press from a steam iron on a low setting can help to restore the shape of the brim (always place a clean tea towel between iron and hat). Easy care: Hat can be surface cleaned with a clean damp cloth; surface fluff can be removed with a lint roller or a light brush. Handmade in Ecuador from 100% wool felt. Brim is 10cm. Refunds

If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance.
