The Yale Smart Living Keyless Connected Smart Lock gives you freedom to secure your home without the need for a key on timber doors. It has a touchscreen with a backlit keypad which is battery operated thereby ensuring that it is always on in the event of a power cut. It also has a low battery indicator with emergency battery connection and the user codes and settings are not lost after the replacement. One can choose to either open the door using a 4-10 pin code, a 24 hour pin for visitors, a key card or a key tag. One key card and one key tag are supplied as standard with the lock for convenient proximity access and more can be ordered separately if required. The smart lock can store up to 20 user codes, key cards and key tags in total at a time. If an incorrect code is entered up to 5 times, it activates a 3 minute lockout and has a tamper alarm.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
