2 pack polyester glass reinforced repair putty for automotive repairs. Directions for Use: Prepare surface to be filled with a suitable grade of abrasive paper. Remove all loose rust and paint. 2. Degrease the surface and ensure all dirt and grease has been removed. Ensure the substrate is fully dry before continuing to step 3. 3. For large holes use Aluminium mesh to bridge the hole and help support the putty. 4. Mix filler putty with hardener paste, 98% putty 2% hardener paste. Avoid air entrainment during mixing. 5. Apply filler to repair and shape to desired finish. Product will set within 5 - 10 minutes at 20 degrees C. Cold conditions will extend setting times, warm temperatures will reduce setting times. 6. Allow 20 minutes to fully set. Sand using P80 grit abrasive paper or finer to achieve the desired shape. 7. This product may be over filled or over painted with most primers, base coats and lacquers. Note: Suitable for low bake oven system 80 - 90 degrees C. Never use too much hardener. Never return paste to tin. Keep paste cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
