SIZE XXL (25" X 32") - The Perfect Martingale Collar for Dogs in Training or Everyday Life. We have different sizes and colors for all dogs. This is one of two collars I use in my training practice for my clients. We are proud to say that many professional trainers/handlers, groups, and owners use our training equipment for their dogs and puppies. Our Biothane Martingale Collar is Safer and Sturdier than other collars in the industry as we use the hole punch design to prevent the buckle from breaking, snapping or coming loose while using. Please do not leave your dog unsupervised in a crate or as a tie out on a stake (True with any collar). The metal hardware on the collar is made of Stainless Steel to provide much better rust, discoloring and chipping protection that happens more often with cheaper chrome plated hardware. The Limited Cinch or No Pull Design with a properly sized collar is used to quickly communicate to your dog what you want out of him or her. Remember, proper communication with our dog is a combination of words, touch, treats, toys and positive emotion (see our videos). Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Delivery

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
